torchlight parade
Come join our nighttime at White Rock beach on SATURDAY JULY 31st 2010. It starts at 9:00pm from Oxford St and runs east to Semiahmoo Park (Parker St).Celebrate our province's beauty by walking or riding alongside floats and groups from the many diverse communities of British Columbia.
